Organizing an unmatched collective impact network
With more than 130 Partner organizations from across the ideological spectrum, the DCC is the premier forum for democracy communicators to coordinate, collaborate, and take collective action. Partners share plans, receive briefings, develop message guidance, conduct rapid response, and coordinate communications and research.
Providing essential shared resources for the democracy field
The DCC invests in field-wide needs and provides them as public goods to Partners and friends. This includes an ongoing public opinion research program, topical Communications Guides, and the Democracy Audience Map.

Investing to fill critical gaps and create new opportunities
The DCC’s pooled fund, the Democracy Communications Fund, makes expert-informed investments designed to close strategic gaps in the field, answer threshold questions that may open new paths to impact, or provide critically-needed public goods.
